Regan McClung graduated from Athens State University with a degree in Secondary Education, English Language Arts. After serving in public schools, she made the move to Northeast Alabama Community College, where she has served as the Arts Administration and Educational Outreach manager for 14 years. She has coordinated youth theatre camps all over the country, and in 2005 she established NACC’s theatre educational outreach program, which currently services 3000 local K-12 students. As an accomplished graphic designer, she has won various graphic design awards, and recently, Regan submitted Northeast’s Summer Workshop for review by the Alabama State Council on the Arts and the SETC Alabama Representative. Both recommended the workshop for the prestigious National Arts and Humanities Youth Program Award. She also serves as the assistant coach for Fort Payne Middle School’s Robotics Team, State Champions in the First Lego League competition. The team will advance to World Championships in April.
