Brett Goldstein

Brett Goldstein is an Emmy Award-Winning Casting Director as well as a talent manager (Brett is the owner of Brett Goldstein Talent Management), director, acting teacher, and private acting coach.  He won an Emmy Award for the NBC series Homicide: Life on the Street, as well as three other Emmy nominations for that show and NBC’s Ed.  He cast numerous series for writer-producers like Tom Fontana, David Milch, and John Wells; and over 30 network pilots, including 3rd Rock from the Sun, and That 70’s Show for Carsey-Werner Productions. Feature films include Donnie Brasco, G.I. Jane, Louis CK’s Pootie Tang, and Gary Winick’s Sweet Nothing.  He cast many plays both in New York and regionally, working with such playwrights and directors as Joe Mantello, Andrew Gregory, Wallace Shawn, Kenneth Lonergan, Jon Robin Baitz, Edward Albee, Des McAnuff, Michael Greif, Lisa Peterson, Tina Landau and Jon Jory.
