A Greenville, SC-based theatre director, educator and entrepreneur, Dale Savidge holds a PhD in English and Theatre from the University of South Carolina. He is also a Registered Drama Therapist under the guidelines of the North American Drama Therapy Association. He co-authored the book Performing the Sacred and is a professor of theatre at North Greenville University, where he teaches applied theatre. He practices as a drama therapist at drug rehab residential programs, detention centers, homeless programs, and domestic abuse shelters.
